Voter Eligibility:
On the day of the election, voters must be:
A citizen of the United States,
At least 18 years old, and
A resident of the Capitan Municipal School District.

Voter Registration:

In addition to the above eligibility requirements, to vote in this election, voters must have been legally registered to vote by 5:00 p.m., July 18th, 2017.
